Kåre O Malo appointed to top job in Europe’s largest building materials distributor

Kåre O Malo, Group Managing Director of Saint-Gobain Distribution Nordic (SGBD Nordic), is to be given a significantly wider area of responsibility within the French Saint-Gobain group. In addition to leading the Nordic undertaking, Malo will from 1 March take up the position of General Director, Procurement and Marketing in Europe’s largest distributor of building materials. As head of supplier relations and concept development, he will be responsible for annual procurements worth more than NOK 140 billion.
